I'm not one to typically write reviews, but after being in an accident I have to. I must say that I have taken James and Farmers Insurance for granted. I had to deal with Progressive, and James is by far leaps and bounds easier to work with. Progressive claims they have ""concierge claims"", but the person who was there the most for me throughout this whole process was Farmers Agent, and it wasn't my fault! He calls you on your birthday, makes sure you have the best deal that you can get...I will never switch insurance agencies. Thank you James for such stellar service!
