With much research and concern I called to get my daughter in because she needed to get on the med Acutane. My daughter was attending college in Potsdam and since this medicine was very dangerous we needed doctors in Watertown. The office manager, mother Farah first remark was,""We only take cash, we do NOT bill any insurance but we will give you an itemized bill for you to submit""! First inconvenience, next after making the 2 hour drive to Watertown, having the first appt of the day so she could get back for class, they were NEVER there on time!Then they give her this medicine and never do the on-line follow-up required to get this medicine filled!! After 5 months of this crap, we changed to Dr LaDuca in Auburn what a wonderful decision- he doubled her dose and she is now acne free!!! He was amazing and down to earth, easy to talk too and took the time to explain everything when i asked if she would need laser treatments he said NO wait the redness will fade on its own! He was not out to take our money!!! Highly reccommend Dr LaDuca!! more

I have been a patient of Drs. Farah for some time now. I have gone in to have microdermabrasions, laser hair removal, treatment on post-baby stretchmarks and various acne treatments. I would first like to say that a visit to their office is unlike any other medical office I have ever been to. All the doctors give you their time, patience and full dedication. I cannot express how happy I am with all of the treatments. The microdermabrasions have left me with beautiful, glowing skin. The smooth beam I had done on my stretchmarks has given me my pre-baby skin back, and laser hair removal has removed all unwanted hair. I cannot thank all of the doctors enough. They have the highest qualifications and all my trust. They are THE EXPERTS in cosmetic dermatology. Thanks Drs. Farah! more

I went to Dr. R Farah for a pigmentation that I wanted to see if he could make less visible. I knew it wasn't cancer because my doctor had said so and I told him. He recommended a biopsy so that he would know how to treat it. The biopsy came up negative leaving a big scar. He didn't treat the area with anything- leaving me to question why he did the biopsy in the first place. He recommended laser treatment to help the scar heal quicker. It was healing fine until the last laser treatment. The last (3rd) laser treatment he burned me leaving hyperpigmentation/inflamation that looked ten times worse than the original mark. He told me it would go away in 3-5 days. The following week when he saw it he said it would be 4-6 weeks to heal. 3-5 days suddenly turned into 4-6 weeks! It has been 9 months of treatment and one month since the disaster 3rd laser treatment and it looks worse than it ever has. I had another doctor look at it ( one of the finest plastic surgeons in the state ) and he recommended to get an incision and get the whole area of skin taken out and start over so that is what I plan on doing. Nine months and hundreds of dollars down the drain at Farah's office. Enter at your own risk! more

How can anyone with these credentials make such a blatant misdiagnosis? Dr.'s Farah both were responsible for misdiagnosing and mistreating my mother, she underwent years of treatment with NO improvement, and often suffered severe burns because of inattentiveness with the light therapy booths.They took no time to explain diagnoses or treatment. Including the causes of any particular problem, the treatment options, and both of the Doctors Farah are friendly, considerate guys. In a time of assemblyline medicine, they both always, always take the time to speak with you, make sure you understand what is going on, and that you are satisfied with their explanations. more
