With much research and concern I called to get my daughter in because she needed to get on the med Acutane. My daughter was attending college in Potsdam and since this medicine was very dangerous we needed doctors in Watertown. The office manager, mother Farah first remark was,""We only take cash, we do NOT bill any insurance but we will give you an itemized bill for you to submit""! First inconvenience, next after making the 2 hour drive to Watertown, having the first appt of the day so she could get back for class, they were NEVER there on time!Then they give her this medicine and never do the on-line follow-up required to get this medicine filled!! After 5 months of this crap, we changed to Dr LaDuca in Auburn what a wonderful decision- he doubled her dose and she is now acne free!!! He was amazing and down to earth, easy to talk too and took the time to explain everything when i asked if she would need laser treatments he said NO wait the redness will fade on its own! He was not out to take our money!!! Highly reccommend Dr LaDuca!!
