The staff at Family Air Conditioning and Heating are very friendly and knowledgeable, I love them! We hired them two years ago to install a brand new air conditioner. They came in, evaluated our house, and recommended one of the better systems. They put in everything that we needed and cleaned up after themselves. Now we have them come out to clean the ducts and they are very observant. We had something wrong recently and when the guy showed up he figured it out and solved the problem quickly. They're fantastic and I'm very happy with everything they do. more

We've used Family Air Conditioning and Heating before. They were very professional, they knew we were on a limited income and really worked with us to help us save money.They seem like they care about families. They are very consistent with their service. more

Great 3/4/2014

Family Air Conditioning and Heating did a complete air conditioning and heating system in the house and also did the duct work in all the vents. They were here at the door and completed everything both in the time they said they would. The whole crew was like a family taking care of everything at once. They were so amazing, I recommended them to others. Wouldn't have gone anywhere else for anything. more

Quality of Equipment. Attention to detail. 2/11/2014

I recently used Family Air Conditioning and Heating to put in both heating and air conditioning for me. I thought that the quality of the equipment they sold was the best in the industry. Their prices are very competitive. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to work with me by allowing me to do some of the prep work in order to save some money. more

Good experience 2/3/2014

Family Air Conditioning and Heating is a wonderful company to work for. They put in a new heating and A/C unit, put new ducts in the ceiling and took out an old A/C for me. I was very pleased with their service. They were on time and work really neat. They put down tarps where they worked and they left the house clean everyday they worked. I would recommend them to anybody and, in fact, I recommended them to my daughter who had them put in a new unit for her. more

Gerry's team were on time, courteous and professional and completed the job and passed all mandated inspections 2 days earlier than anticipated. Jerry and his team were awesome. Their bid beat the others and when we asked alot of questions and changed the scope of work Jerry responded right away with updated info and prices. The job was completed right on time with no "hidden charges". We have made alot of improvements to our home recently and Family Air was the easiest contractor to work with and we are completely satisfied. We would highly recommend them. more

Your people are all friendly and understanding of customer concerns, and do a good job. The only reason total experience is less than excellent is that the need for this purchase was not anticipated, but brought by failure of a 48 year old system. more

My expectations are very high, but Jerry and his team met and surpassed them. They did everything they said they would do, on time and for the exact price quoted. Everyone we dealt with was professional, polite and knew their business. They really seemed to care about doing the job right. The BEST company I've ever dealt with!!! 9/19/2013

I can't begin to say how how happy I am with Family Air. They got a rave review from one of my co-workers. These technicians "really know their stuff" by checking all the components to make sure everything works as it should. Both the HERS and City inspectors said it was a PLEASURE to examine their work because it is ALWAYS done very meticulously! Now on the hottest days, the system will maintain the temperature I have the thermostat set on. Jerry and Peggy have a great group of talented technicians. Their company name "Family Air" is very fitting because they treat their customers just like family. It's hard to believe a company this ethical even exists nowadays! They even completed and sent all the registration documents to the Carrier Corporation for us. I didn't have to do ANYTHING! more

I was referred by a good friend of mine. Family Air replaced 2 furnaces and 1 compressor at my house. Very pleased with the service and work was very clean. The crew was polite as well. Owner Jerry, the owner came out to inspect and provided us with an estimate. He is very polite and honest. A good man! more

Professional installation, system works well 8/23/2013

Family Air installed a new air conditioning system, including new ducts, and I was very pleased with the entire process. The installation took less than 2 days, as promised, and the crew that did the installation were polite and professional. Care was taken to protect the floor so they basically left no trace inside except for the new thermostat and vents. The air conditioning is working very well, much better than the original system. I'd recommend Family Air without reservations. more

Family Air delivers exceptional Products and Services 7/9/2013

Last week we had a new air conditioner and heater installed in our home, and I have never met a more talented team of specialists as those with Family Air. All three technicians that came to the door to install our new units were polite, courteous and professional. They did an outstanding job installing our system that went well beyond our expectations. I am amazed that such a quality product could be delivered and installed at such a reasonable price. As Director of Customer Experience for a leading edge Software company, I am very critical of service, quality and support, so its noteworthy to mention that I have never encountered a more positive experience with a product or service than I encountered with Family Air. This is the second time Ive used Family Air for a new system or system replacement and in both instances the price, service and quality were second to none. I would highly recommend Family Air to anyone in need of a new heater, air conditioner, or general maintenance of an air or heating unit. more

Outstanding!!! 4/19/2013

Our furnace and air conditioner were original to the house (built in 1973) and the duct work in our attic had disintigrated. Needless to say our system needed replacement. My brother recommended Family Air. Jerry came out to the house and looked at everything. He have us a proposal of two different systems. What a great experience. Our system and new ductwork were in place in 2 days. I can already see the difference in our gas bill, and I am actually looking forward to our electric bill in the summer. I would definitely recommend this company more
