Last week we had a new air conditioner and heater installed in our home, and I have never met a more talented team of specialists as those with Family Air. All three technicians that came to the door to install our new units were polite, courteous and professional. They did an outstanding job installing our system that went well beyond our expectations. I am amazed that such a quality product could be delivered and installed at such a reasonable price.
As Director of Customer Experience for a leading edge Software company, I am very critical of service, quality and support, so its noteworthy to mention that I have never encountered a more positive experience with a product or service than I encountered with Family Air. This is the second time Ive used Family Air for a new system or system replacement and in both instances the price, service and quality were second to none.
I would highly recommend Family Air to anyone in need of a new heater, air conditioner, or general maintenance of an air or heating unit.
