Fallbrook Luggage-Shoe Repair

Totally DISHONEST repair people. Whn I first met them I thought they were suspicious, and dripping with a sly slippery manner. My bags were top of the line with a lifetime repair warrenty - but they said my obviously defective wheels were not covered and they had to call for approval to know how to proceed? WHAT?!? Also, they said in advance how they wanted $55 to fix 2 bags? I said call for approval - it must/should be covered! He called back in a week and said ""good news"" ... the bags were DENIED coverage by Atlantic but he already fixed the bags (WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM ME) and he would only charge $45! WHAAAT! ? I NEVER approved the repair - and he never got approval from Atlantic. He is trying to TRAP me into paying for a normally FREE warrentied / covered repair? Manipulative and sneaky - dishonest - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!! They think no one will find out what they do. I am going to report them to every agency - and warn everyone I can find about thier dishonest behavior! You'rebetter off going somewhere else. It is not the money - or the bags - it is the DISHONEST conduct that offends me. more

I wish I had seen the other two reviews before taking my luggage there for repair. These guys are completely inept. Was directed to them as the repair center by the luggage manufacturer. They had my case for 10 weeks and did nothing. Gave me a phony excuse about the manufacturer sending them the wrong part. Bad attitude to boot. Avoid at all costs. more

I had my suitcases handle to be fixed there & he promised it will be ready on time, i went the day before my trip to pick up the luggage, they didnt even touch it, he was gone send me back & ask to come back tomorrow & he wouldn't even promise to be ready!..I picked up the luggage to take it somewhere else, which meanwhile i noticed it started working :) Terrible customer service, he wouldn't even say sorry, rude & arrogant, I will never go back there! more

I called them and inquired if they could fix a luggage bag. They said probaby, just mail the bag to us (I live out of the area) and we'll look at it, so I did. Never heard from them again. Every time I called them the answer was always ""oh yeah, I haven't had a chance to look at it, I'll look at it right now and get back to you right away."" And of course there was never a call back. What a bunch of liars. Cons: liars more
