Review content:
I called them and inquired if they could fix a luggage bag. They said probaby, just mail the bag to us (I live out of the area) and we'll look at it, so I did. Never heard from them again. Every time I called them the answer was always ""oh yeah, I haven't had a chance to look at it, I'll look at it right now and get back to you right away."" And of course there was never a call back. What a bunch of liars.
