Totally DISHONEST repair people. Whn I first met them I thought they were suspicious, and dripping with a sly slippery manner. My bags were top of the line with a lifetime repair warrenty - but they said my obviously defective wheels were not covered and they had to call for approval to know how to proceed? WHAT?!? Also, they said in advance how they wanted $55 to fix 2 bags? I said call for approval - it must/should be covered! He called back in a week and said ""good news"" ... the bags were DENIED coverage by Atlantic but he already fixed the bags (WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM ME) and he would only charge $45! WHAAAT! ? I NEVER approved the repair - and he never got approval from Atlantic. He is trying to TRAP me into paying for a normally FREE warrentied / covered repair? Manipulative and sneaky - dishonest - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!! They think no one will find out what they do. I am going to report them to every agency - and warn everyone I can find about thier dishonest behavior! You'rebetter off going somewhere else. It is not the money - or the bags - it is the DISHONEST conduct that offends me.
