Fairways At Lowry

Hello, I would like to comment on these departments, beyond the comments I read, they say the truth of the place, cockroaches everywhere, detestable smells in the hallways, vomiting on the stairs, walls with graffiti and much more. In my case , i don't know the rest of the community, i had money problems whit the community management, charging me late fees, as I always have all my bills in day, then when I went to the office to ask for ,one says one thing and another, tells me something different, at the end nobody knew, wath was charging the late fees for, then they start invent things. Another situation, was when i get informed that they would fumigate, the first two months living in the place I was informed, then I note that for the period of two months , had not been more re-notify for the fumigate and my APT full of cockroaches, I went to the office to ask what happened, (because there is a monthly fee for the service) and they answer me, you have to report if you want to get your APT, fumigat!, the exterminator comes every Thursday! (so !! he comes every Thursday !!! what he doest? That means! I pay monthly service for something I don't get, if I do not notify to them??, meanwhile I live in a sea of cockroaches... open your eyes my people !!! .The bill of Utility, comes with endless things shared with the rest of the community charges, the heater works when feels like it, the pluming become clogged all the time . Finally, this was the last thing that happened to me.They towed my car from where I pay to live, we received a notice to register our car, online, otherwise, would be towed, I register my car following the instructions given, this was between October and November, my car was towed to the end of December, reason !! was not registered completely, according to them, i only entered my name and phone number, (which is totally ridiculous mind) after having wasted my time with people in the office, since I had registered my car and was resident of the community, they do not anything for ME (open your eyes my people) community manager never showed his face, meanwhile, I lost my day job, I had to pay $ 30 taxi and 248 for withdraw my car. In conclusion, I am very disappointed in Fairways At Lowry Aparment not recommend it to anyone !!!! more

Not much has changed since the last person posted about this place. There are bugs - especially in the kitchen. You have to do your own bug control, and be vigilant and you can keep them at bay. more

I agree with all the reviews here but what I don't understand is out of all the people who live at the Fairways at Lowry only 5 decent people have written something about it warning people what they are in for. Why are so many people so mean as to not say something to the public and to let them know what is going on with this place. I have met more people than I can tell that have problems as I have. Here are some examples: The keys to the mailboxes people have to wiggle and play with to get in to them, to no heat for month in the winter, and water being cut off frequently for the whole day. This is through summer and now winter. This is usually from 9am to 5pm every day except the weekends. The notice for this warning is usually sometimes the same day early morning or the day before late evening like after 6pm. There are bugs and roaches in the apartment that run from one apartment to the other as it is being sprayed. What does this mean? Well yes they spray, they would spray every week if needed but the real problem is that if its next door that is being sprayed they are coming under the door to yours and when you get yours sprayed they are running back next door. They run down the hallways each time (I have actually seen them). I have not seen a rat or mouse but they keep me up at night digging in the wall and even though I have given written complaints no one at the office has ever came to check it out as they said they would. The maintenance person is mean and impolite when there is a crises happening. I do agree the hallways smells like pee and sometimes poop and all kinds of smoke. In the apartments in the bathrooms they have smoke coming in from there also. At one time the pest people sprayed the whole hallway because of the roaches and it took the cleaners over 3 weeks to clean the hallways with all the muck and white staining from the pesticides. If a person is pregnant and have children I really don?t think it?s good for them to be inhaling pesticides every week if you have pests and then in the hallways as well. Why they don?t they bomb the whole complex and get rid of them once and for all I do not know. All I know is it will continue to be an ongoing problem forever as it keeps up this way. Wow, and the list goes on and on for one week to the other and one month to the next there is always something going on that really do not seem right. This is not a test? This is real? this is still happening at this place. If you have children and is pregnant beware. Someone needs to tell the people signing leases what these people are doing to others and their lives. Yes this place is cheap and yes a shaky lock is the lease to worry about in a place like this but basic needs like heat in the winter, water to use to flush toilets every day, notifications of what is going on or happening in a timely manner is most important.We had a fire and no one said a thing about what happen. I had to hear it on the news to find out what really happen. There are no fire alarms in the hallways only in the apartments itself so a person has to listen out to find out if next door is having a fire and evacuate IF they do hear a alarm going off next door. It?s not like this place is paying for everything (like heat etc) its the tenants are paying for heat and water and a place to live in peace. Please people do not do it?do not come here. I hope you take this seriously and decide it is not for you. Unless you don?t mind all the bugs and not taking a shower or being cold in the winter with your family and kids. more

I moved here because the price seemed alright. These apartments are awful, evidently they think that repainting the place will make it more upscale, but ask yourself: What happens when you paint a turd? Its still a turd. The apartments are small, cramped and you will most likely realize that the place is infested with insects. If you do not have a parking permit your vehicle will be impounded in the middle of the night without the courtesy of at least giving you a warning, regardless of how faithfully you pay the rent. The staff will not be helpful, and they are not vigilant as children are often in the excercise room, also the apartments smell like cat urine. It is recommended that you do further research and look into moving somewhere else. Will not renew lease. Me movi aqui porque el precio es barato. I agree with what everyone said those apartment over there are horrible. I just went to look at one, it sucked. I still feeled out a app and put down a deposit, when I tried to pick up the deposit they gave me the run around. I ened up calling the police jus to get a my $100 they gave it back real quick then. those are bad people trust me. more

Dont move here i asked for a six months lease they did a year there where roaches in my house they never came and sprayed now i have mice in my house they tell me they cant do anthing bcause it could be my fault and gave me three traps! i have kids they dont care but they are very quick to take yur money plus a friend of mine got bed bugs staying here. im taking them to court! more

This apartment building is awful. I am actually living here right now because i am tied down to a 1 year lease. You open your door at night and the smell of pot hits you like a brick wall, the washers and dryers are pieces of crap, nobody speaks english, the siding on the outside is all falling off, the air conditioners barely work, they rob you of your money and REFUSE to work with you if you cannot make the payment for just a few more days. We had a problem with the cold water in our shower, it wouldn't turn off so i called the maintenance people..took me THREE phone calls and 2 and a half hours of waiting WITH my water still running for them to finally get here. And of course we are charged. I think that the only half way decent part about this place is the pool however, only if you can get into it because all of the little kids are always in it. The clubhouse is very nice and gives the impression that the apartments will be too...that is not the story at all. DON'T DO IT! Pros: Decent pool Cons: smell of pot fills the hallways at night..many many more more

This place is a slum. Dump. Nobody speaks English...the water is shut off for at least half the day...they say for repairs...right. Its more like they are cutting off the water and still charging us for the water that we don't get. The air conditioners are of poor quality...very little cool air, and the maintenance staff say its working fine. don't let the new paint job on the exterior of the buildings fool you. This slum should be condemned. Cons: too many to list more
