Hello, I would like to comment on these departments, beyond the comments I read, they say the truth of the place, cockroaches everywhere, detestable smells in the hallways, vomiting on the stairs, walls with graffiti and much more. In my case , i don't know the rest of the community, i had money problems whit the community management, charging me late fees, as I always have all my bills in day, then when I went to the office to ask for ,one says one thing and another, tells me something different, at the end nobody knew, wath was charging the late fees for, then they start invent things. Another situation, was when i get informed that they would fumigate, the first two months living in the place I was informed, then I note that for the period of two months , had not been more re-notify for the fumigate and my APT full of cockroaches, I went to the office to ask what happened, (because there is a monthly fee for the service) and they answer me, you have to report if you want to get your APT, fumigat!, the exterminator comes every Thursday! (so !! he comes every Thursday !!! what he doest? That means! I pay monthly service for something I don't get, if I do not notify to them??, meanwhile I live in a sea of cockroaches... open your eyes my people !!! .The bill of Utility, comes with endless things shared with the rest of the community charges, the heater works when feels like it, the pluming become clogged all the time . Finally, this was the last thing that happened to me.They towed my car from where I pay to live, we received a notice to register our car, online, otherwise, would be towed, I register my car following the instructions given, this was between October and November, my car was towed to the end of December, reason !! was not registered completely, according to them, i only entered my name and phone number, (which is totally ridiculous mind) after having wasted my time with people in the office, since I had registered my car and was resident of the community, they do not anything for ME (open your eyes my people) community manager never showed his face, meanwhile, I lost my day job, I had to pay $ 30 taxi and 248 for withdraw my car. In conclusion, I am very disappointed in Fairways At Lowry Aparment not recommend it to anyone !!!!
