This apartment building is awful. I am actually living here right now because i am tied down to a 1 year lease. You open your door at night and the smell of pot hits you like a brick wall, the washers and dryers are pieces of crap, nobody speaks english, the siding on the outside is all falling off, the air conditioners barely work, they rob you of your money and REFUSE to work with you if you cannot make the payment for just a few more days. We had a problem with the cold water in our shower, it wouldn't turn off so i called the maintenance people..took me THREE phone calls and 2 and a half hours of waiting WITH my water still running for them to finally get here. And of course we are charged. I think that the only half way decent part about this place is the pool however, only if you can get into it because all of the little kids are always in it. The clubhouse is very nice and gives the impression that the apartments will be too...that is not the story at all. DON'T DO IT!
Pros: Decent pool
Cons: smell of pot fills the hallways at night..many many more
