Dale & his team are by far the best mechanics I have come across in a very long time. My husband was an auto mechanic & I know how I want to be treated at an auto shop & Fairway Auto more than met my expectations. Their expertise, concern for my safety & my car was A+. I drove in there a stranger & drove out a friend. Dale calmed me when I was totally frantic, making me laugh & seeing the problems in their true perspective. He & Max talked to me in words I could totally understand & even showed me the exact problem. They are fair & reasonable & ask for nothing more than what is coming to them. Dale called me just 2 hours after my repair was completed to make sure I was happy & that the car was running the way it should. I also want to mention that I had AAA tow my car to the shop & when I told the driver 'Fairway Auto' he didn't even let me finish my sentence. 'Ohhh! I know Dale & Fairway! Great shop. Good choice.' more

Quality work from quality guys at quality prices. 8/19/2013

Since finding Fairway Auto Repair I haven't taken my car anywhere else. I have an older Subaru and these guys have been a big help. Fairway is a knowledgeable shop that is willing to go that extra mile for its customers. The guys are personable and I always leave feeling better about my car. If you are looking for quality work done at fair prices, Fairway is the place for you! more

Your search for an honest, exceedingly competent mechanic stops here. You will get a detailed appraisal of your car's condition and a precise set of recommendations to get your vehicle running now and for a long, long time. You will get a plan: "need to do right now," "recommended--with a time frame for working in services," and "keep this in mind for down the road." These folks will not miss a thing, and they will not try to slip in BS or hidden charges. You will save in the long run with this level of service, believe me. AND you will never, ever get the "little lady" treatment. more

Completely satisfy customer and always recommending. 7/10/2013

I am completely satisfied with the service I have had at Fairway. Dale has always showed great customer service to me. I feel like anytime I come in with a problem or question I can truly trust what dale has to say. It is really hard to find a good mechanic and I am happy to have found Fairway. I also feel anytry car is getting service it is always completed in a timely matter. Anytime someone is looking for a trusted mechanic I am always recommending fairway. more

Best Auto Repair in Town 6/28/2013

After struggling for many years to find a reputable auto repair shop, we found Dale and Fairway Auto. They are always upfront and fair about what needs to be done and how much it costs. You do not get any unnecessary work or charges quoted and things are that are wrong are prioritized and fixed. We take both of our cars here and wish we would have found Fairway Auto a long time ago!!! more

Excellent Service and Technical Expertise! 6/27/2013

I have a 1993 Dodge Dakota Pickup that would not pass emisisons because of low compression. I took it to three different places and no one could find out what was wrong. I didn't want to give up this truck! I found Dale at Fairway Auto online, and thought I would try him because he had good reviews. I tried him and he found the issue and fixed it! That was more than five years ago. Dale keeps all of our vehicles in top shape. No nonsense and high integrity. I recommend Dale and Fairway Auto to anyone! more

Great Service, Awesome People, Patience and Customer Service 5/14/2012

Our van broke down 20 miles outside Phoenix at 4am and we had no idea what to do, so we looked up a garage that had good reviews, took a chance and had it towed there. Much to our dismay, the van needed extensive work and Fairway gave us an honest quote and even helped us secure discounted rentals so that we could finish our tour. We were devastated, and Dale at Fairway let us keep the van there until we could work out our options. They secured a safe place for the van for us while we were working things out, since not only were we on tour, but we also live in Los Angeles. They totally took care of us, and I even got to meet other customers while we were there who swear by them. The are honest, really good people, and if it weren't for all the great reviews they had online, we never would have found them. That is why I find it important to write this review now. Very Professional 5/4/2012

Dale knows what to look for when inspecting a vehicle. He was able to get my car in for service when it was convenient for me, got the job done fast and clean. His labor rate is fair, so I feel I got a good value. He even informed me as to what work it will need in the future so I can plan my repairs around my tight budget. Now I feel safer when I drive. more

    I took my car in due to a rubbing sound. Dale's mechanics did a thorough job in inspecting the car. Noting all the preventative and needed due items.(which I was previously aware, thus impressed that they only suggested the same items) they then discovered the issue with the rubbing (strut mount bearing) quoted me an eta & estimate. kept me up to date on progress, finished on time & even completed work for less than original quote. I will take my cars back to Fairway because they took the time with the little things

    The absolute best
    I have been a customer of Fairway Auto for 16 years and known Dale for about 25 years. I own a Limo service and this is the only shop I will go to. I highly reccomend him to my customers and have never heard a disparaging word. He guarantees his service and goes the extra mile like I want. My entire family also uses his service and will not go anywhere else. Fairway isn't the cheapest, but their service is second to none. They do the warranty work that the dealers can't even fix and don't hold it for 4 days just to change the oil. You can't go wrong by giving him a chance. Trust Me, have I ever lied to you?

    Replaced serpentine belt, transmission service, new fuel filter on high mileage Jeep Cherokee. All work was flawless. Complete explanations with suggestions for future car care. The cost was very fair. I went in as a customer and came away as a friend. Dale, the owner, and his mechanics have my highest recommendation
