Recommend for any and all automotive needs 5/23/2011

Dale and his staff are top notch. They actually care about your needs and about the condition of your vehicle. Up front fair pricing, good updating skills, Dale actually listens when you describe the issue. Then to top it all off, Dale and his staff actually fix the problem! If I didn't like working on my own cars, I would have all my maintenance performed by Dale. But sometimes you need that professional assistance, and then I contact Dale. What more can I say, extremely satisfied, definitely recommend. more

Great service and very trustworthy 5/17/2011

We shipped our truck from Hawaii to Phoenix. When we shipped it we knew it would need some work on the air conditioning as well as a complete check up when it arrived. We were lucky enough to find Dale and his team. I spent several hours at the shop while the team got our truck road ready after it's long journey. I had the opportunity to speak with several of Dale's long time customers that day. Everyone I spoke with raved about his service and knowledge. I was very impressed with his commitment to preventative maintenance and his honesty. The entire team is very friendly and straightforward. We are very happy with his work and the reasonable fees. We highly recommend Fairway Auto Repair. They have earned our complete trust. more

Fairway Auto Repair is what I consider to be the most reputable shop in Phoenix. 5/16/2011

Being a female I am always a little hesistant when it comes to taking my vehicle anywhere, particularly when I had just moved to Phoenix. I found Fairway Auto Repair online and saw outstanding reviews. The reviews were 100 accurate. When I had to leave my vehicle I was offered a ride, if there was any additional work necessary I was immediately notified prior to any work being done, the amount Dale conveyed to me prior to repairs was always accurate. Dale is honest and the staff is diligent in their work. I would recommend this shop to anyone, friend or family. more

Fairway fixes the problem. 5/16/2011

If you want your vehicle fixed right, call Fairway. Autos today are way too complicated for your average garage man. I used to fix my own but can't and won't anymore. I can't wait for the dealer to make an appointment and then say they're too busy to fix a warranty problem today(We'll get to it when we can). They are manufacture warranty certified. Dale and the crew have taken on custom jobs on my vehicles even the NASA engineers wouldn't touch and warranty their service. They have lost money on me but continue to provide the best quality service. Tell your friends and family. I've been using Fairway Auto for almost 20 years and won't go anyplace else. Tell them Dan sent you and I might win a flat screen TV for referrals. Just kidding. more

Great place for your vehicle 5/15/2011

Dale does a great job of getting to know his customers, and is very thorough in his follow up. If you hate the feeling of finding a new mechanic and trying to filter out the good advice from the bad advice, I highly advise you go to Fairway Auto and end your search. more

My sister and I have been taking our vehicles to Dale over at Fairway Auto for well over ten years. We've had new and older vehicles serviced there and have always found the advice sound and the repairs necessary. Dale focuses on regular maintenance to avoid costly problems. He'll also tell you if a particular service can wait, giving adequate time for budget considerations. more

My wifes car needed some work so i wint to Fairway Auto and thay did Excellent job for her. I know i can trust them and they're not goimg to do anything that doesn't have to be done. more

Fairway Auto Repair employees a great bunch of guys. Dale is a great mechanic and owner. He really knows what he's doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sure, he might be a little pricey, but it's well worth the cost to keep your car safely running. I highly recommend their services. more

1985 Cj7 Jeep Repair 10/11/2010

I purchased our jeep new in 1985, it is a Cj7 straight six 258, 5 speed jeep. I have 225000 miles on it, so I have been to many mechanics. All of them have made promises of great service, but none have kept their promises until I met Dale at Fairway Auto. Their work was outstanding in all aspects and the cost was more than fair. I am happy to report that my jeep passed emissions with flying colors for the first time in the last 18 years. In addition after the emission test I did not have to return to have the carburetor adjusted for it to have performance. It runs as it did when it was new, I could not be happier! Does business the old fashioned way..... 8/25/2010

As a small business owner myself, I appreciate the fact that Dale and his staff do business the old fashioned way... Buy that I mean I am greated plesantly where ever I'm there. My car is always done when promised and even washed. If anything comes up during a trip to Fairway, I get a call from Dale ASAP,with issue and options for solution. I have recommended Dale and his staff to my 3 daughters and parents, that should tell you how much confidence I have in Dale and rest of staff at Fairway. more

Best Auto Repair in Phoenix 7/9/2010

I've been using Fairway Auto for years now and you will not find a better, more honest shop. I just got my wife's Pathfinder back yesterday and when I brought it in had told Dale to flush the coolant sytem (as I thought it needed it). After his inspection Dale called me and told me the sytem did NOT need it and there was no reason to do it. With all the news reports about mechanical shops purposely doing the opposite, I want everyone to know that Fairway is the most honest shop you will ever find (kind of rare it seems anymore!) Plus, Dale is about the nicest guys and best mechanic you'll meet. So now the wife has her truck back, she's happy...and when she's happy, I'm happy!! more

    I took my car in due to a rubbing sound. Dale's mechanics did a thorough job in inspecting the car. Noting all the preventative and needed due items.(which I was previously aware, thus impressed that they only suggested the same items) they then discovered the issue with the rubbing (strut mount bearing) quoted me an eta & estimate. kept me up to date on progress, finished on time & even completed work for less than original quote.     The absolute best
    I have been a customer of Fairway Auto for 16 years and known Dale for about 25 years. I own a Limo service and this is the only shop I will go to. I highly reccomend him to my customers and have never heard a disparaging word. He guarantees his service and goes the extra mile like I want. My entire family also uses his service and will not go anywhere else. Fairway isn't the cheapest, but their service is second to none. They do the warranty work that the dealers can't even fix and don't hold it for 4 days just to change the oil. You can't go wrong by giving him a chance. Trust Me, have I ever lied to you?
