Great family owned facility. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable owner. Capable repair yard, quiet and nicely landscaped. You won't find cleaner shower facilities anywhere! Picnic tables and grills near pool with a nice view. more

We have been full time liveaboards at Fairview Marina for just over a year.\r Fairview Marina is owned & operated by the Kahan family, who meticulously maintain everything from the beautiful grounds to the restrooms with great care and pride. In addition to providing clients with such amenities as on-site laundry, swimming pool, lawn furniture, picnic tables and grills, the Kahans host parties throughout the year and make each tenant feel like part of their family.\r During Hurricane Sandy, the Kahans and all the Fairview staff were diligent in their preparations, including checking on all the boats before, during, and after the storm. \r We recently unstepped our mast for overhaul. Marc's help was invaluable and his paint job was impeccable. \r Fairview is a full service marina providing excellent service at fair prices. I would highly recommend Fairview to anyone looking for a new home port for their boat or marina service in the Pasadena area. more

The owners of the marina are very accommodating and knowledgeable. They are always available and willing to step in and help with problems/issues with the boats or engine issues and are extremely reliable and quick in fixing or helping out fix problems. There are always a large array of options when things go wrong with boats or engines.\r \r The bathhouse is kept very clean, always is well stocked with supplies and the grounds are exceptionally well manicured and tidy.\r \r The only minor issue we had is that we were disappointed to discover that the pool is not opened during the week and one of our main goals was to live at a Marina with a pool that we could frequent at our leisure. We were not made aware of this prior to signing on at the marina. Would also like to commend the assistant that they employ, he is always ready and willing to jump in an assist with anything that is needed, IE. Docking, pumpouts, ETC. \r \r Hats off to all!\r more

Thank you for the work recently completed on my boat and for receiving and storing the solar panels. Please extend my gratitude to Jake and O’Neal. After the work was completed and the boast was relaunched, the two moved my boat into a birth, tied it up and connected the shore power. When I finally made it down to the marina, I found the boat had been well looked after. O’Neal helped me move the boat into its proper slip. His efforts were very much appreciated. more

Fairview Marina rocks. Over the last six years I've had Mark and his team do a ton of work on my classic 1962 Chris Craft Constellation. They've repowered her, replaced the helm gauges, tune UPS, woodwork, upholstery and decking work... By next year on her birthday she'll be in show shape for opening day! I love Fairview Marina. Would never go anywhere else. more

I bought the first boat I ever owned from Fairview ten years ago. It was a 20' Skipjack. Not only was it a great boat at a great price, he helped me launch it my first time. Affordable marina and their staff have always been easy to work with. They treat you like family. I was glad to find out recently when I needed some service that they are still in business after so many others have gone under. more

This has been my go to place to get my gear and repair tools and materials for my boating activities. They are always willing to help and they are well stocked with all things sea-faring. Nowadays in the information age, help is not as necessary since I research everything on line first and then simply go shopping. However, it is still good to know they're there, I still go to pick up some hard to find items and seek advice I couldn’t find elsewhere. Helpful staff is highly desirable since not everyone has the ability or inclination to do their research ahead of time and still rely on help provided by the staff. Great people. more

It was a good experience being docked at Fairview Marina. The staff always helped whenever I had a problem and even fixed small things sometimes for free. Nice people around here too. It's very clean and they even have a pool, showers, laundry, anything you could need. more

Fairview Marina a family owned enterprise is driven by quality of service and facility. Their work, be it maintenance, winterizing, storm preparation or repair of client boats is far better than most and equal to the best. The piers and slips are always new or looking new because of constant timely repair. The facility is clean and well maintained from restrooms and showers to the buildings, docks and landscaped grounds. Their repair work, especially fiberglass repair, gel coat or painting is as good as I have ever seen. Pride of workmanship and quality of work is obvious in the final product. Their service is timely and they go out of their way to please. Their prices are competitive.None of this is overstated. We have had our boat at Fairview Marina for most of the last 20 years. It is simply fact and perhaps rare and difficult to find in our world today. more
