My family has been going there for 15 years. The optometrist is wonderful, but most of the front ladies seem less than enthused to be there, and there is one particular lady (the one that works in the back w/ the glasses) that is horrible, rude and disrespectful. I'm pretty sure she is that way towards us because we are on Badgercare. She constantly talks to me like I am an idiot and acts like I am less than her. Dr. John would be better off without this rude worker. I am SURE she has lost him business!!
