I was extremely worn out shopping around for a vehicle. My head was spinning. I really just needed a deal I could feel good about at the end of the day. I had gone through salesman trying to earn 2 weeks of commission and slight me at every turn. I had shook so many hands(i brought purell). Then I called Expressway and talked to one of their internet guys. They gave me a quote $500 less expensive then my current best deal and also guaranteed me a high # on my trade in. They actually came in $300 better on the trade in netting me a savings of $800. After 3 dealership visits and tons of handshaking and pressure negotiations Expressway solved my problem with 1 phone call. I'm now a loyal customer and will drive the extra 10 minutes to do my service work there. They earned it! more

I had a great experience at Expressway Toyota! I was shopping for a Tundra over the internet. I found an amazingly low priced Tundra at Expressway. Far lower then any dealership in the whole country! I spoke with Joey in the internet department who was very knowledgeable. You'd think he was Hirodi Toyoda himself knowing so much about packing and equipment. He also got me great deal on shipping and had the truck me in less then a week! We are 2,000 miles apart mind you. I love the truck and drive it EVERYDAY! I had reseached a car I saw on their web site and had several emails with a sales person about the car. I made an appointment to travel from 4 hours away to look at the car and test drive. When I arrived the sales person could not find the car we had been corresponding about. He told me he had to check on something and left me sitting in his cubicle for 30 minutes. I had to have some one page him to return to his desk. When he returned he said the car was not on site but was elsewhere being serviced and it would not be available that day and walked away, with not even an apology. I had told him in advance that I was going to be traveling 4 hours one way to see the car, that is why I made a specific appointment. Unprofessional, arrogant are just a few words to describe by experience. more

This place flat out s*cks for customer service. I bought my car early Feb 09. This first day I picked the car up, I noticed on the ride home that things were not done during service. Simple things to, making sure the cars tires were balanced, and make sure all the lights work. Lets just say, I couldnt even drive home on the highway thats how bad the tires were misaligned, and on top of it the reverse lights dont work. I live in framingham and know its a drive to dorcester. I understand it would be a drive or so to get the car and have it inspected. So, I call my sales guy the day after I got home, told him the problems and brought it in. The car some how passed inspection without reverse lights and I had to come back 6 times now and the problem is still being fixed, tomorrow is Mar 1st. This is just crazy, not to mention they did a crappy job, fixing up the bumper with touch up paint, and they bl*w, they only give you 3 gallons of gas. Nice dealer, you spend over 10,000 for a car and they give you 10bucks worth of gas. I had to yell at these Aholes to fill my tank and give me a free rental and not pay for gas on it, because its such a long drive for me.
