Review content:
I had reseached a car I saw on their web site and had several emails with a sales person about the car. I made an appointment to travel from 4 hours away to look at the car and test drive. When I arrived the sales person could not find the car we had been corresponding about. He told me he had to check on something and left me sitting in his cubicle for 30 minutes. I had to have some one page him to return to his desk. When he returned he said the car was not on site but was elsewhere being serviced and it would not be available that day and walked away, with not even an apology. I had told him in advance that I was going to be traveling 4 hours one way to see the car, that is why I made a specific appointment. Unprofessional, arrogant are just a few words to describe by experience.
