Great Technicians 8/9/2011

The technician you sent out to my sister was very pleasant to talk to, but the best trait I saw was that he did not lie or try to sell something that we did not need. The technician was very knowledgeable in HVAC, I even tried to grill him to see what he knew. So thank you for the great customer service. more

I had to write a note to tell you how pleased I am with the service I received. Joe came out and gave me an estimate, I told him what I needed and he showed me exactly what I asked about. The installer and technician showed up a few hours later and were professional and friendly, they answered all my questions. I was extremely pleased with the honesty and service I received from everyone I dealt with and will highly recommend your company! more

At first, we were a bit hesitant to go with a completely new company for a job as big as a furnace installation and duct work changes. However, from our first meeting with Joe for the estimate, through the completion of the installation, we found the customer service to be very professional and the installers detailed in their work. more

Great service 6/30/2011

I called AAA for help with my heater because whenever we turned it on there was a funky odor. They came that same day I called and diagnosed the problem. They tested the heater for another half hour extra just to make sure they really fixed it. Great service, thank you! more

They were friendly and honest 6/7/2011

We had an issue with our furnace.. not turning on. They came and was very personable as well as professional. I never got the feeling that he was stringing me along.. a common thing in the industry, I think. In the end, the service was done exactly as expected, our furnace was fixed. ]They left me the broken part which in some way assured that they weren't just claiming something broken. Everything they said about what had happened, I (being slightly neurotic) checked on the internet and everything seemed accurate. They were friendly, honest, and did a good job. What more can you ask for? more

Helped me through these difficult economic times... 5/11/2011

I wanted to thank AAA for their kindness in lowering my furnace repair bill during these difficult economic times. I was laid off in Feburary of 2009 and 2010/2011 have especially been grim, so help of any kind is genuinely appreciated. Mike was professional, through and kind, and I've placed a notice in the lobby recommending AAA Expert to other condo owners, as well as posting a recommendation here.
