Old school customer service! 11/1/2011

Our outside compressor literally blew up due to the high heat this summer. We received a quote from the company we had used in the past but felt it was too high. I searched on the internet, and based on the reviews I had read, I gave this place a call. Their service from the initial phone call all the way through till final billing could not have been more professional and courteous. It is like dealing with an old school customer oriented business. more

Fixed It In No Time 10/24/2011

Our heater hadn't been working and they were able to accommodate our schedules and get in to see the furnace very quickly. They figured out the problem right away. It was a small and easy fix that took no time. They are professional, easy to get along with and know their stuff. more

Excellent Company 10/18/2011

Excellent heating & AC company with quality work and personal service! The men were all courteous, hard workers and helpful. They left the property clean and did an excellent job on our two unit residence. They were personable and asked for my opinions as well as gave recommendations and advice. I am very happy with the work they completed on this job. Now I will not freeze at home. more

True Experts 10/6/2011

I would like to extend mt sincere thanks to Joe and Mike and their team that came to out to install our new heating and cooling system with 1 days notice. We did extensive research on companies in our area and are confident that we made the right choice with AAA expert. We will for sure share their info with our friends and relatives. Joe and Mike took extra time to explain details about our system to us and we feel secure with the warranty and service program they offer. Another very impressive thing that Joe did for us was the ""J Report"" (not sure if that is correct terminology) which took a while to put together, and he did it without us asking for it. Not one other company offered this information to us, so we were very impressed. Thanks Debi & Carl Bertrams. more

Simply the best 9/9/2011

AAA Heating will be the only heating guys I use or recommend. I had read reviews like everyone else; someone said they were honest so I decided to call them up. My central air wasn't coming on and everything I tried had failed. They came out when they said they would and weren't afraid to climb on top of the roof on my condo(unlike the other guy my home warranty sent). The problem was a simple blown fuse. He brought it down and showed me how to install it and didn't charge me a dime. These guys are honest. I saved their number in my phone. Forget the rest, he's the best. more

Great to work with! 9/9/2011

AAA heating was great to work with-was prompt,accurate,kind, and fun! We scheduled a new furnace for installation right before Christmas( I know, ridiculous timing, but it was getting cold ad Santa was on his way!) When the install day arrived it was pouring rain(not the dribble rain....it was heavy rain!) They didn't reschedule the job-they just worked it out. It's now 2 weeks later-and we now have a toasty warm home. Thanks! more

This company was quick to response to my air conditioning problem on a rental I have which is 100 miles from where I live. Their service was a reasonable price to replace the thermostat and add refrigerant. And the best part is they emailed an invoice. They are a trust worthy company to deal with and meet the customers need. Thank you. more

All the reviews are right on the money! They were prompt, professional, pleasant, and did not make you feel stupid for asking questions. He also gave me options to do things myself so I could save money. These guys can;t be for real. I am so happy I have found them. His business practices are right on the the money! They understand their customers and are willing to the extra mile. You just don't find very many people who have integrity about their business the way they do! I can't say enough good thing! more

I never really had an issue with mines but when I did I thought it was minor so I told my husband to fix it but he didn't know what's wrong so I called and I thought it would be a waste. But it turn out luckily we did or we would have a big issue later. Thanks guys!! more

This place pay attention to detail. If i am short they will discount it. If I have any issues, they help instantly. Most places after they fix it they don't want to waste time fixing it again. But this place is on point with everything. Thanks for all the help. more
