We had an issue with our furnace.. not turning on. They came and was very personable as well as professional. I never got the feeling that he was stringing me along.. a common thing in the industry, I think. In the end, the service was done exactly as expected, our furnace was fixed. ]They left me the broken part which in some way assured that they weren't just claiming something broken. Everything they said about what had happened, I (being slightly neurotic) checked on the internet and everything seemed accurate. They were friendly, honest, and did a good job. What more can you ask for?
