As a temporary worker through Exclusive staffing, I wanted to tell you some good news!!! You know my position was scheduled to end here with SunTrust on this Friday the 29th. Let me tell you how good God is with a mix of hard work, on 11th day of April I applied for the WLS Credit Support Specialist 2 position in the Credit Support Unit at SunTrust. The next day on the 12th of April I had an interview for the position with my supervisor and her boss. On the 26th of April I received a job offer and I gladly accepted. I have already completed all my pre-employment procedures as I start the first day orientation of my new permanent position on Monday May 2nd. more

I was located by Exclusive after they found my resume posted on the internet. I was skeptical at first, as they are based in VA & I am located in GA. But I was granted the opportunity to actually meet with repesenatives here & felt at ease with the process. I was placed on assignment with a major financial institution shortly after registering with the agency. After 7 months as a temp, I was offered & accepted a full-time position. I can say that Exclusive has been nothing but professional & courteous in regards to any requests/demands that I may have had. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking employment through a temporary service. more

I recently had the opportunity to use the temporary employment services offered by Exclusive Staffing after going through a horrible layoff from my previous employer after 32 years of full-time employment. Staff members at Exclusive Staffing were highly professional and trememdously considerate of my feelings when matching my skill sets with an appropriate employer which was a pefect match! I was offered employment with this client after only 6 months. more

I absolutely agree with the last reviewer. I worked there for 8 months and it was the most unprofessional job I ever had, from the staff to the employees. While working at one assignment I witness numerous fights and inappropriate behavior. The staff has no clue (on their employees or what their doing). The place is a joke. The managers on site were more communicative and flexible than the agency. Working as long as I did, I only spoke with a staff member at the agency twice. There are completely out of touch in what goes on at the site, and to be frank I think there could care less. There are no differences between the hardworking and dedicated vs. the slackers or people who are in adequate to have the job in the first place. Pros: Paycheck Cons: Lacks everyhitng needed in order to move up, to stay professonal, and to be treated as an adult. more

This agency is not reputable and does not treat it's employees like adults. They are in the business of taking advantage of good people in difficult career situations. I've worked with other agencies before, and the difference is quite dramatic. Exclusive doesn't analyze people effectively, doesn't have appropriate positions for talented people, doesn't care about their employees, and they will not support you in any way if your goals extend beyond (just barely) making the next month's rent. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel. If you have any other alternatives, do not work for this company. If you accept an assignment from them, keep your eyes open, protect yourself, and look for something else--you deserve better. Pros: A paycheck Cons: Lack of respect, honesty and professionalism more
