Review content:
This agency is not reputable and does not treat it's employees like adults. They are in the business of taking advantage of good people in difficult career situations. I've worked with other agencies before, and the difference is quite dramatic. Exclusive doesn't analyze people effectively, doesn't have appropriate positions for talented people, doesn't care about their employees, and they will not support you in any way if your goals extend beyond (just barely) making the next month's rent. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel. If you have any other alternatives, do not work for this company. If you accept an assignment from them, keep your eyes open, protect yourself, and look for something else--you deserve better. Pros: A paycheck Cons: Lack of respect, honesty and professionalism
