We are a remodeling firm, so we have used Excellence Plumbing on about 4 or 5 substantial-sized remodels now. They have been very skilled at plumbing work. Unfortunately, I have found that Oscar is sometimes significantly late when we set up an on-site walk-through, and that is sometimes hard to work with. We try to schedule those things in a timely manner while we are in our client's house, so their timeliness with that could improve a little bit. However, that is only during the initial walk-through when we are looking at the job for the estimate. If I ever had any questions at all, they were always really willing to help me out. We did have a couple of issues come up on a couple of jobs, but they were extremely responsive. That's what really counts when you are running in to problems- not so much who caused it, but how to fix it. In that sense they were very, very responsive. If I got their bids, their prices would probably always be in the middle-and I guess that is really where you want to be. Oscar and Shelley are charming people and all the other plumbers on their team are also very welcome. They are all very professional and courteous. more

I've used Excellence Plumbing about four times and I like them. They show up on time, have a good personality and get in to get the work done. Their serviceman Oscar worked on my refrigerator because the little water line that runs the ice maker broke under the cabinetry, so he replaced it. It hadn't been working for awhile but Oscar was away, so I waited until he returned. I trust him in my home. more

We had a downstairs toilet clogged pretty far down the pipe, so we called Excellence Plumbing and they came in and looked at it. They returned the next day with the tool to clear the problem. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, worked quickly and charged a fair price. We would call Excellence Plumbing again because they were good and it was easy to get an appointment. more

Back in 2009, I first found Excellence Plumbing online, and they had high ratings so I called them. One of our toilets was broken so we called them up, and Oscar was the one who came out to replace the toilet. I was extremely pleased with him and the young apprentice he had with him. They were so polite and clean, not at all like a stereotypical "plumber" character. I was pleasantly surprised with them. Another time we had a leak on one of the outdoor faucets several years ago, and one of the other employees came out and we were really pleased with him too. He replaced both of our outdoor faucets and told me how to find the shut-off valve for both of them- again, very helpful. More recently, a few weeks ago, one of our three pressure-assisted toilets was making a hissing sound so we called Excellence Plumbing again. This time Justin was the gentleman who came out. He was familiar with pressure-assisted toilets and he said that Sloane, the manufacturer of the tank, had recently issued a recall on some of their products. He checked it out, and all three of our pressure-assisted tanks qualified for the recall. Justin told me how to contact them and get the replacement parts, and that is just what I did. I was really impressed with him for knowing that and telling me about that because I'm sure no one else would have told me. The problem with the pressure-assisted tanks was that some of them exploded, so I went through the process of contacting them and they sent me the replacement parts. When the replacements arrived, Justin was unavailable so they sent Oscar and another employee, who fixed up all three toilets. I am very impressed with Excellence Plumbing's service. In terms of service, they definitely excel. From accommodating my specific schedule, to speed, care, efficiency and cleanup, they were fantastic. Time will tell as to the quality of the piping work, since I am not knowledgeable in that area. more

I have my home pending for sale. I needed a plumbing company for minor services after a FHA inspector made notes of needed repairs. I also needed to add an additional cleanout of our sewer line. We like Excellence Plumbing a lot. We called them to check on a leak in the main bathroom downstairs. They went behind the walls and found the problem right away. They also switched some toilet seats while they were there. We like that they're always on time and quick in doing the work. We've been using them for a couple of years - they do what they have to do, are on time, and price fairly! more

We have been using Excellence Plumbing for the past ten years. Most recently we had a pipe burst, and there was flooding upstairs going into both levels of the house and into the garage. Shelly and Oscar had a plumber out in 90 minutes after we called. They didn't have anyone available at that moment, but they were able to call their guys and work something out so that one could get to us. This saved us a lot of money, as we would have had further damage. They've always been able to help up and do great work at a fair price. It's easy to make appointments with them and they're very accommodating. They are all professional and know what they're doing. We wouldn't call anyone else. more

As a contractor, I have used a number of different plumbing companies over the years, but, or the past 2 plus years we have only used Excellence because of their service and quality of work.
