Back in 2009, I first found Excellence Plumbing online, and they had high ratings so I called them. One of our toilets was broken so we called them up, and Oscar was the one who came out to replace the toilet. I was extremely pleased with him and the young apprentice he had with him. They were so polite and clean, not at all like a stereotypical "plumber" character. I was pleasantly surprised with them. Another time we had a leak on one of the outdoor faucets several years ago, and one of the other employees came out and we were really pleased with him too. He replaced both of our outdoor faucets and told me how to find the shut-off valve for both of them- again, very helpful. More recently, a few weeks ago, one of our three pressure-assisted toilets was making a hissing sound so we called Excellence Plumbing again. This time Justin was the gentleman who came out. He was familiar with pressure-assisted toilets and he said that Sloane, the manufacturer of the tank, had recently issued a recall on some of their products. He checked it out, and all three of our pressure-assisted tanks qualified for the recall. Justin told me how to contact them and get the replacement parts, and that is just what I did. I was really impressed with him for knowing that and telling me about that because I'm sure no one else would have told me. The problem with the pressure-assisted tanks was that some of them exploded, so I went through the process of contacting them and they sent me the replacement parts. When the replacements arrived, Justin was unavailable so they sent Oscar and another employee, who fixed up all three toilets. I am very impressed with Excellence Plumbing's service. When you need to have something done, give them a call!
