Review content:
We are a remodeling firm, so we have used Excellence Plumbing on about 4 or 5 substantial-sized remodels now. They have been very skilled at plumbing work. Unfortunately, I have found that Oscar is sometimes significantly late when we set up an on-site walk-through, and that is sometimes hard to work with. We try to schedule those things in a timely manner while we are in our client's house, so their timeliness with that could improve a little bit. However, that is only during the initial walk-through when we are looking at the job for the estimate. If I ever had any questions at all, they were always really willing to help me out. We did have a couple of issues come up on a couple of jobs, but they were extremely responsive. That's what really counts when you are running in to problems- not so much who caused it, but how to fix it. In that sense they were very, very responsive. If I got their bids, their prices would probably always be in the middle-and I guess that is really where you want to be. Oscar and Shelley are charming people and all the other plumbers on their team are also very welcome. They are all very professional and courteous.
