I totally agree with the parent below who says the teacher to student ratio is lacking and they are constantly shuffling babies around b/c of being short-staffed. I'd like to add that this is the most UN-NURTURING environment for a child starting day care. The workers are unprofessional, uncaring, and while my grandson was in attendance for a month before we pulled him because of this facility's detrimental effect on his psyche, I don't think I ever saw the same teacher twice in his classroom ... in fact, when my daughter picked him up on two occasions, it was a parent of another baby in his 1-2 year old class who was BABYSITTING until he was picked up, and her husband was present, keeping her company .... had EXCEL done a background check on either of these ""substitute babysitters"" to ensure my grandson was not in harm's way? Not sure, but one thing I am sure of: NOT ONE person at EXCEL in the month he was there showed my beloved grandson ONE OUNCE OF AFFECTION OR NURTURING. Shame on the director and her staff. Shame, shame, shame.
