I was not pleased with the ""professionalism"" of the establishment. I went to Eve's for my wedding flowers. It was a smaller wedding so I only needed bouquets, boutonnieres, Mother's flowers, grandmother's flowers and one large centerpiece arrangement. I went in a few months before the wedding and planned everything out with Eve. She wrote down my order and I thought everything was fine. I paid the price asked and went on my merry way. About 2 weeks before the wedding I went in to check on things and just follow up with her... make sure things were coming along. Not only did Eve not remember me, but she had lost and totally forgotten about my order! I replaced the order, which I shouldn't have done. The morning of wedding, I wake up to a phone call from Eve. She asks me if the centerpiece is going to be against a wall... I explain to her again that the centerpiece would be the main focal point of the reception hall and that no, it would not be against the wall ... as explained when I first placed the order! She then got very aggitated and said that if I wanted this centerpiece to look right, I was going to have to bring her more money... $50 more... because I was taking all her roses. She was rude and not professional in the least! We reluctantly paid the extra $50. When the arrangements finally showed up at the church, the main centerpiece was for the most part, green filler. It had maybe 20 roses. Also, my bouquet was in a triangle shape... I specifically asked for a round bouquet. I feel like I was taken advantage of and then ripped off. I have told every bride I come across about my experience with Eve. Good Luck!
