A gift basket arrived with 5-6 pieces of molded/damaged fruit. When I called to complain Eve was very apologetic and explainedvthat she had no way of knowing the fruit was damaged. However, when I told her the quantity of fruit that was not ediblebshe said she didn't believe me (as if I would lie forvextra fruit) and sent someone to come pick up the basket. Eve then callled and argued me down for a good 10 minutes refusing to replace all of the fruit. She even threatened to credit the purchaser and leave me with nothing. She was extremely disrespectful and would not compromise with me. While I understand she may not have had unsatisfied customers in the past, that's no reason to be rude to one who is unhappy-and with good reason. more
