Evergreen 11/7/2011

As a former employee, I can tell you first hand that there are some shady things going on at Evergreen. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a facility that cares for your animals and not just your pocketbook. You would think at least if you are paying more that you would get better service, but that is definitely not the case here. The problem starts at the employees, and while some of them are honest and caring, there is a male kennel attendant that has been there for multiple years, that is not a trustworthy person whatsoever. There are mulitple occations that i have seen firsthand, (physically abusing the animals, neglecting the boarding animals, the list goes on) and when i personally brought this up to management, the issues were swept under the rug. There are cameras in the building to back up what i am saying. That on top of many many incidents has lead me to believe that this is not the quality place that they lead on to be. Things happen there that owners are never informed of, people are led to believe that they are getting ""only the best"" care for their beloved pets, and while Dr. Mansour is an excellent Dr., it seems as though he is in it for the money. Hey, they have to make the money back from the big nice boarding facility somehow right? more

Evergreen is Fantastic 8/6/2010

As an AAHA accredited practice, Evergreen Animal Hospital belongs to a select group of practices that are committed to meeting the highest standards in veterinary medicine. Evergreen has passed a stringent evaluation of over 900 standards covering patient care, client service and medical protocols. The evaluation includes a quality assessment review of the hospital’s facility, medical equipment, practice methods and pet health care management.\r \r Only 15 percent of all small animal veterinary practices in the U.S. have achieved accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association. In order to maintain accredited status, Evergreen must continue to be evaluated regularly by the association’s consultants.\r \r Evergreen takes its responsibility towards the clients and patients of our hospital very seriously. We feel that it is our duty to make sure that the client is aware of everything that their pet needs and the best treatment options available. The client then has a choice as to the extent of services they wish to engage us in. We feel like this reflects both our care of the patients and our respect for the owner.\r more

Horrible 6/7/2010

Don't be fooled by the looks of the building. Evergreen is a filthy place, in many ways. Never let your animal out of your sight if you go here. Your animal will be treated very poorly and even beaten. Stay away from their treatments you will pay for tons of services you do not receive. And lied to about what you need. They don't disinfect because then they get more business. Surgeries are unethical and they are never sterile. Stay away stay away more
