Review content:
As a former employee, I can tell you first hand that there are some shady things going on at Evergreen. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a facility that cares for your animals and not just your pocketbook. You would think at least if you are paying more that you would get better service, but that is definitely not the case here. The problem starts at the employees, and while some of them are honest and caring, there is a male kennel attendant that has been there for multiple years, that is not a trustworthy person whatsoever. There are mulitple occations that i have seen firsthand, (physically abusing the animals, neglecting the boarding animals, the list goes on) and when i personally brought this up to management, the issues were swept under the rug. There are cameras in the building to back up what i am saying. That on top of many many incidents has lead me to believe that this is not the quality place that they lead on to be. Things happen there that owners are never informed of, people are led to believe that they are getting ""only the best"" care for their beloved pets, and while Dr. Mansour is an excellent Dr., it seems as though he is in it for the money. Hey, they have to make the money back from the big nice boarding facility somehow right?
