In 2009 we had an unprecedented high water table in our area. Our half-basement flooded for the first time ever. EverDry was the company we chose for the ""fix."" In the years following we've only had to call them one time when a pipe sprung a leak. They promptly addressed the problem. Our equipment continues to be there providing insurance against future problems. I have also spoken with company representatives over the phone several times. They have been helpful in answering my questions and providing the information I needed. We have been happy with EverDry! more

I would love to recommend Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Grand Rapids for outstanding service. We purchased our home in 1996 and after a storm in 1997 realized that we had water and mold in the basement. Everdry Waterproofing installed a French drain and sump pump. Twenty years later we have had zero problems with water in our basement. We refinished the basement in 2008 and installed carpet because we have 100% confidence that all our hard work would not be ruined. Thank you Everdry for that peace of mind. more

We have always had trouble with water coming into the basement between the floor and walls. Heavy rains usually meant wet basement. And if a pump failed, we were in trouble.\r \r Everydry recommended both the outside and inside waterproofing. We couldn't afford to do both right away, so we did it separately. We love the warranty and being able to call them if a pump stops working (although their pumps seem to perform better than any we've used before). It was a lot of money, but well worth the price. The basement feels so much better. We also have trouble with gunk accumulating in the tiles; they come and clean it out for us. Love their service! more

Everdry has been excellent from the start. They're a great group of people whom was focused on getting the job done with excellent customer service. Before everydry we always would have a wet basement that we would have to pump water out of if we got a hard rain. After everdry (approximately 8 years) we have not had a wet basement since and the musty smell is gone! Now were using the warranty to adjust our drain field due to an addition. The warranty was transferred to me when I moved into my house from the previous owner, which I thought was fantastic. They have been able to answer all of my questions, and have been prompt when I've needed them to help me with something. Service has been wonderful when needed and everyone I have had to deal with has been extremely nice. Would highly recommend them. more

It's been 20 years of enjoying a dry, finished basement thanks to Everdry Waterproofing. With an older home built in a clay soil neighborhood, we had poor drainage and crumbing interior basement walls. Everdry's professional team effectively installed effective drainage and an in-ground sump pump that quietly kicks in during heavy rains. This was the best home improvement decision we've ever made and whole-heartedly recommend Everdry's waterproofing system. We increased our family's living space as well as our home value! Have had Everdry installed in our home for two years now. Everything is working wonderfully! Installation was professional and our family is very happy how it all turned out. Our spring time river in our basement has dried up for good. We had a couple maintenance issues and the warranty is top notch, they were onsite to fix our issue in a couple days. Very good system, I highly recommend! more

We highly recommend Ever Dry of Greater Grand Rapids! Approximately 13 years ago we experienced flooding of our finished walk out basement which damaged 2 of our children's bedrooms and a family room. Their professional staff came out, gave us a competitive quote and scheduled their installation. Their installation crew came exactly on their scheduled date was polite, professional, hard working, punctual, very clean and completed the job as scheduled! Our home has remained dry with excellent air quality ever since! In addition, Ever Dry completely stands by their work and replaced a sump pump 9 years later, following a simple call. We have been incredibly happy with our system and truly believe that they have added terrific value to our home. Thank you Ever Dry! more

everdry is the best waterproofing company. i had my basement waterproofed about 15 years ago. once they came out to do the work they were very professional and respectful. i have had to call them out once to repalce the sub-pump thst was 9 years ago.they have the best warranty.they are always very nice when i call to pay my warranty.? more

We checked out several other top companies but chose Everydry because their system is the most comprehensive, both inside and outside of the basement. We called Everdry Waterproofing when we first moved into our 20 year old house about 4 years ago. Our basement had water problems for awhile before we moved here. Everdry was quick to fix our problem! We are completely satisfied! Since then, we haven't had any problems and we continue to pay our $40 a year warranty. We would definitely recommend Everdry to anyone who needs help with their home! more

My home had EverDry when we purchased our home over 10 years ago. Though we do not have water issues, we have maintained the warranty. A couple years ago, our sump pump died, which allowed water to pool in the basement. EverDry promptly came out and replaced the pump and ensured our basement was back to normal. I appreciated their prompt, professional service. I always renew our warranty, even expecting that I will likely not require any service requests in the coming year. I recommend EverDry for anyone dealing with basement water issues. more

We had Everdry come to our older farmhouse 10-11 years ago to look at our basement. We had a damp basement that always smelled musty. We decided to make the investment. They were very professional and efficient. Our basement now has a living area and a storage room :). We pay the annual warranty. And 2 years ago I had an issue with the sump pump, they came out and replaced it with an new sump pump, no questions asked at no charge. They also checked the rest of the equipment to be sure all items were working properly. Where can you get that kind of service on something 9 years old??? No where else I know of. Plus the warranty has been the same low price of $40, no price increase the older the equipement gets. We have been very satisified, well worth the money! As a bonus, the warranty transfers to the next home owner if we ever sell.\r Thank you Everdry for great service and for standing behind your product, I wish more companies would follow your lead. more
