We moved into our home a little over a year ago and we had our Everdry system put in this past Spring (2015). We couldn't be happier! Our home was built in the late 1950s and had clearly had water problems in the basement for years. When it rained, large puddles would accumulate and it smelled musty all of the time. We have now had our system approximately 6 months -- no more musty smells, no more water and everyone comments on what a nice space our basement is. When we have had questions or concerns, the Everdry staff has been immediately responsive and taken care of those concerns without question. We would and do recommend them to anyone with dampness or water problems in their basements.\r Theresa S. more

It's been about 15 years since we had our Everdry system put in.We have never regretted it.We have a lot of water in our area.We pump thousands of gallons of water per hour,so much so that people don't believe me until they see it themselves.We have had very little problem with the system,We had 1 pump actually wear out last year and they promptly answered my call about it and came quickly to replace it.They are all very friendly and know exactly what their business is.They explain well and answer questions.If anyone is having a ""wet"" problem,I would highly encourage you to give them a call. more

We used to have a leak in one corner of our home in the basement after heavy rainfall. Everydry came and waterproofed our entire basement inside and out. We also added an additional sump. We haven't had a leak since. The air flow system that we also had put in does a great job in the basement. Thank you Everdry! more

Our basement got wet in spring 2013 with the massive flooding, then again in the fall of 2013 with a flash flood. Everdry came in with a plan with exterior and interior tile. They were fast and did what they said they would do. The exterior landscaping was returned to normal and the basement has been dry ever since. The sump pumps work well. No issues. Dry basement.\r -SD more

When we bought our home 5 years ago we didn't even realize we had a warranty with them until our sump pump went out. When we called they were honest and came right out and replaced the pump for free, it was awesome! more

We have had our Everdry system since 2002 and have been very pleased. We have a dry fully livable basement. It was a purchased we have never regretted. When we needed service they were to our how quickly and fixed the issue promptly:) It was an excellent investment. more

Ever Dry waterproofed my basement in August 2014. Since then, I have had no water or dampness in my basement and the moldy smell is gone. The workers were polite, efficient and hard working. I am so pleased with their work. Living in an area where the soil is all clay, I have many neighbors with water problems. Thanks to Ever Dry I will not have that problem again. The warranty is a bonus! When I sell my home, the new owners will be able to have the warranty, too. It goes with the house. RCG East Grand Rapids, Michigan more

We knew we would have a water issue when we bought our house 5 years ago. Everdry came out to help us get everything set for our home. The install of the system was done very quickly and professionally. Five years later, we have had no problems. Would highly recommend. more

We purchased the EverDry system in1998. We consider this not as an expense but as an investment. This is the best investment we have made. We have never had a drop of water in our basement since this system was installed. We had to have a pump replaced once in 2000, and the company had no problems doing that as we purchased a lifetime transferable warranty with only a low annual payment. The employees did a great job in a few days with both the basement cleaned up and the yard restored.We would recommend this company to anyone with a water problem. We give it a ""five star"" rating! You will never regret using this company and never see again see basement water! more

We bought a home with the lifetime warranty and I have never regretted a single year of keeping up with the annual payment! We experienced a few years of some water getting into the basement and Everdry never stopped coming to our aid and working until the issue was finally resolved. Their representatives have always been polite, communicative and timely. We are most grateful for their service and support! more

Six years ago I bought a home that already had the Everdry Waterproofing installation. I did not understand what that was all about at the time. However, a few winters later we had unusual warm temperatures and with the rain and snow melting, it caused my sump pump to run more often. Unfortunately, my sump pump started to no longer work properly. I called Everdry and they immediately sent someone with a new sump pump and took care of any issues. Their customer service was exceptional. They knew the stress and worry I was under due to the potential water issues and completely put my mind at ease. more

We are very happy with the results of having Everdry done to our house. Before we had Everdry, our basement would fill with up to six inches of water with every spring snow-melt or heavy rainfall. Our basement walls were covered with mold and we had to keep our washer and dryer on pallets, to keep them above the standing water.\r \r When we decided to have the work done, we were given a clear, thorough explanation. The men who did the work were friendly and hard-working.\r \r Afterward, if we noticed the slightest bit of moisture, even due to extreme weather conditions, the Everdry folks responded quickly to tweak the system.\r \r Our basement continues to be dry. The Everdry system was, and is, worth every penny. We would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is considering it. more
