I purchased my home 5 years ago and reinstated the warranty on the existing basement system they had installed for a previous owner several years previously with no problem. They installed an egress window for me and made sure there was a drain that connected into my system. They did an excellent job and have provided wonderful customer service. They are also prompt to come out if I have any concerns with my sump pump. My lot is clay and a high water table so I was concerned if my basement would stay dry but thanks to Everdry of Grand Rapids, even with seasons of very heavy rain, it has remained dry! My husband and I had our basement done about 7 years ago by Ever Dry. We had problems from the onset of purchasing our home with our basement flooding which was never disclosed at the sale so we contacted Everdry after much searching. Ever Dry came and completed needed work with the tiling system, sump pump and ventation which took 3 to 4 days. Our sump pump went out once and Ever Dry was there within 24 hours to replace the pump at no cost to us. The warranty we have kept active which is very inexpensive at $40.00 annually. My husband and I bought a 1943 home with EverDry Waterproofing done in the basement the previous year. The walls and foundation were repaired and a sump pump and an E-Z Breath Ventilation System (dehumidifier) were installed. They also put sub-soil drain tile in so the water from the sump has a place to go. We have had no problems. The previous owners purchased a transferable, life-time warranty. It was so easy to switch over the warranty to our name and the staff is very friendly! Based on what the previous owner stated, the workers were nice and willing to put back any landscaping they could after repairing the walls on the outside and installing the drain tile. We haven't had a problem with any of the work they did, but if we did, I know they are simply a phone call away. The dehumidifier has kept every sign of moisture out of sight and keeps the basement air clear. I am so glad the previous owners decided on this company because they provide excellent customer service and great products! more

I love these folks who improved my basement and removed the mustiness of my house back in 2006. So, I have had the pleasure of a house without the mustiness that other neighbors have had to live with. They came in and dug around the basement walls, inside and out. A sump hole was added for drainage (which I also use to drain my de-humidifier without having to drain a collection tank) and an EZ Breathe machine clears the air from out of my basement out to the outside. EverDry did a wonderful job waterproofing our basement more than 15 years ago. Our home is built in clay soil with no drainage, and water was always seeping in through the basement walls and running across the linoleum floor after each heavy rain. We had tried fixing the wall masonry and carefully chipping off and redoing all the waterproof wall paint. All that work did not completely solve the problem, and only helped for a couple of years. We decided to contract with EverDry to install drain tiles around all the inside and outside perimeters of the house with a sump pump (interior) and a dry well (exterior). All of this work was done in a very timely fashion and with no complications. EverDry's employees were polite, professional, and paid attention to details in restoring the topsoil and cleaning up inside and outside at the completion of the project. This kind of home improvement is not cheap, but well worth the added usable space. Our basement is now completely carpeted and houses our laundry and sewing area, music room, and computer workstation, none of which would have been possible before we had this work done.
