Everdry Waterproofing

I had Everdry system installed in May of 2016. I am happy to say with the heavy rains this spring and summer my basement has remained dry. Before having this done I had many sleepless nights bailing water out of my basement. Every time a heavy rain came I could count on water flooding in my basement. This has been one of the best investments I have made to my home. more

We bought our home in 2010 knowing the previous owners had installed an EverDry Waterproofing system in 2008. This was a huge factor in our decision to buy the house as I suffer from asthma, and all types of mold/dust/mildew related allergies. We also had a new baby at the time we wanted to bring him into a dry and safe home. Our house was built in 1948, and we had worries about the basement being musty and prone to flood in heavy rain. We have now been in our home for 5 years (and have two kids!) and are completely satisfied with our EverDry system. We have a dry basement and a healthy family. We’ve never experienced issues with water in our basement or foundation. We live across from the Maumee River, and have neighbors who have had to deal with water in their basements. Mike was so friendly and patient, even in the freezing cold. I liked the way he approached me as I was shoveling snow outside. He explained that the reasons for the health problems may be related to mold, which can come in many colors, not just black. Interesting! Day 1: Team showed up on time, a big plus. The foreman talked me through what they were going to do and when. Answered questions and was very professional. The team themselves were very friendly, helpful, and appearances were neat. When I got home, everything had been cleaned up and tools put away. Day 2: Team arrived early, discussed with Jerry the plan for the day. He called me later in the day to discuss additional work. I was happy for the info. Day 3: Team arrived early, were very professional. Jerry met with me and discussed the final days plan. They finished today, on time. Everything was cleaned, put back in order. A crew of 6 men came to the house. Everything was explained to us before the work started. We were amazed at how efficiently everyone worked. They covered whatever we left in the basement with plastic and also blocked the doorway with plastic. The digging outside was all done by hand, so no equipment tore up the lawn. The foreman invited us to see the progress daily and gave us a daily update on what would be accomplished. Our basement walls are old stacked stones and were challenging to address. However Everdry has experience working with these types of walls and not only waterproofed them, but also repaired them where the mortar had dissolved leaving major gaps. The crew finished in 4 days and honestly left the basement cleaner than when they had found it. We would recommend this company especially to people who have older homes like ours. more

We had our basement waterproofed a few years ago by Toledo's Everydry Waterproofing, and remain very pleased. The sales transaction was simple, scheduling the dates for work was convenient, and eventually the crew was fantastic and worked fast. The result is a complete transformation from a basement that was perpetually wet (endless battle with dehumidifiers and constant worry about heavy rains/ threat of mold) to a basement that is dry for life and that we can use for storage without any concerns.
