We bought our home in 2010 knowing the previous owners had installed an EverDry Waterproofing system in 2008. This was a huge factor in our decision to buy the house as I suffer from asthma, and all types of mold/dust/mildew related allergies. We also had a new baby at the time we wanted to bring him into a dry and safe home. Our house was built in 1948, and we had worries about the basement being musty and prone to flood in heavy rain. We have now been in our home for 5 years (and have two kids!) and are completely satisfied with our EverDry system. We have a dry basement and a healthy family. We’ve never experienced issues with water in our basement or foundation. We live across from the Maumee River, and have neighbors who have had to deal with water in their basements. I recommend EverDry every time.
