StayAway from this store. I went in for flat tire check because I have a tire protection care from this company. I was told by the front desk that my tire will be check before closing time. It's ok, I answered as long as I will be safe to drive it home. I waited for more than 3 hours. Before my key was handed to me I asked them if their a screw or nail that caused the problem, he answered nothing to worry, everything is alright. I drove the car to the road and made a uturn on the way to the freeway then I noticed that the affected tire is wobbling so I stopped at the mobile gas station which is 2 blocks away from this store and check the lug nuts. I was lucky that I was vigilant, took the lug wrench from my trunk and tighten it up. That store is a potential liability and will cause serious injury and death to customer. I have avoided the accident, what if the other person might not, that store will be in serious trouble. I hope I was not the only victim of this circumstances, This is a gross negligence on the part of this company. more

I have to tell you don't let the outside of this building detur you this big red barn houses some of the greatest tech's and salesman around!! They got me in and out quickliy and took care of my needs!! more

Evans Tires seems to have it all when it comes to my automotive maintenance needs. I received the best price in town on foure new tires. I received a free alignment, and had my oil changed all at the same time. The mechanic, who is now "MY" mechanic told me I would be needing brakes soon. The Manager assured me I would get the best price in town, and I believe him. I'll be back! more

My husband took his car here to get a hole in a tire plugged. He didn't have an appointment and it was the weekend, but they still took him. After a few hours, they called to say his car was ready and when he went to pay, they told him it was free! My husband was not expecting this and was pleasantly surprised. more

I bought tires for my daughters car. As I left the shop. I got 1/2 a block and the tire fell off in the middle of the street. After walking back and telling them what happed.I found the lug nuts on the ground all over the street as I walked back to meet the tow truck driver. back at the shop they tightened up the lugs and handed me the keys. I told them that there was damaged parts that the tow truck driver and I saw. The manager then put the car on the lift and still did not see anything. I had to show him. After a long talk he handed me the keys and said call corporate. So I did. Meet with the general manager and he put the car up on the lift. I showed him the gouges on the rim and the bent parts. After awhile I asked if he could at least bend the parts back and rebalance the tires. I drove away 6 1/2 hrs later with a car that was damaged and no compensation at all. Hows that for business? more

I'm not sure if they do this to men also but as a female they saw me coming! I went in for a oil change and alignment and they called me back saying they couldn't do my alignment unless they fixed a few other things which added up to over $975.00. Then they told me if they went any further they couldn't stop because by law they can't let me drive my truck on the road which scared me cause I drive my son around everywhere! So I called my dad and they explained to him much more in detail and my dad told me to take somewhere close for a second opinion. So I did and it and it cost me a total of $60.00! So please women exspecially, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are a rip off!!!!! Pros: can get you in without appointments Cons: They get you for all you got and more! stay away more
