Review content:
I bought tires for my daughters car. As I left the shop. I got 1/2 a block and the tire fell off in the middle of the street. After walking back and telling them what happed.I found the lug nuts on the ground all over the street as I walked back to meet the tow truck driver. back at the shop they tightened up the lugs and handed me the keys. I told them that there was damaged parts that the tow truck driver and I saw. The manager then put the car on the lift and still did not see anything. I had to show him. After a long talk he handed me the keys and said call corporate. So I did. Meet with the general manager and he put the car up on the lift. I showed him the gouges on the rim and the bent parts. After awhile I asked if he could at least bend the parts back and rebalance the tires. I drove away 6 1/2 hrs later with a car that was damaged and no compensation at all. Hows that for business?
