Honest, Trustworthy, Excellent Customer Service and Car Care 4/10/2014

Evans Automotive makes what could be a stressful time a pleasant one. They always treat me with kindness and respect. Prompt and timely estimates before any work is done. They go above and beyond every single time. It is a huge blessing to not have to worry if a mechanic is over charging me and I never have to wonder with them. It's hard as a single mom to be without a car. They make it easier by providing wonderful customer service. They make you want to return the kindness in some way. I love them and they are always the first person I call when I need help with my car! more

Disappointed 3/10/2014

Normally my family and I are very pleased with the service done ar Evans but this last visit was a disappointment after almost 1500.00 worth of work the front brakes pulled(even tho the mechanic said it did not on test drive)instead of fixing the problem, another estimate of 200.00 to fix it. Normally your rating is a 5 and with full confident recommendations to friends and family now not so sure more
