Kind, caring and completely profecial repair shop. All work is completed in a timely manor and I'm kept apprised of all repairs as work progresses. Labor rate and pricing is always fare and competive for the local. more

Back for some A/C coolant 4/28/2015

I asked to have the overflow tank on the car's radiator filled before I left. In typically good form, Rob also filled the washer fluid reservoir while he was at it. :-) more

It took almost two weeks to get my car repaired 4/21/2015

If I had known that transmission work was outsourced I would not have left my car in your care. I have always brought my car to Evans because I have always trusted the work that was done, not this time. The repairs took longer than estimated and the torque sensor and computer were after thoughts when my car wasn't running properly. There was poor communication during the entire time my car was being repaired. I also had to rent a car for the entire time mine was being repaired. Even though there was no extra charge for the extended work, which I appreciate, my car still does not seem to shift properly. I can't afford to drop it off to be looked at and quite frankly don't trust the person/ people that worked on it. I will no longer bring my car for repair to Evans, especially Not for transmission work. I have always recommended Evans but I will not anymore. more

Excellent Assistance 4/20/2015

I came in for help with a burned out break light. The young man who helped me out did not give up until he was able to change the break light. It was pretty tricky to figure out how to get to the bulb. He was very patient and professional and I was extremely pleased with the service provided. more

Extremely efficient and curtious staff! 4/19/2015

I have used Evans Auto many times but this past time has me committed to using no one else! I drove up in my truck as my alternator was literally dying. They got to work immediately on my truck. Within 15 minutes they had an estimate for me. They had the parts needed in stock and were able to fix everything and have me back on the road in an hour! They made what is a very frustrating situation as easy as possible. I truly appreciate how great they treat their customers! more

To long a wait for an oil change. 4/12/2015

I was told 45 min. to 1 hr. for the oil change. my appointment was for 2:00. My car was done at 3:45. their had been grease finger marks around the door handle and wondering if it was left on my steering wheel as well. more

Dozier is the best customer service person on the planet. He's got a great attitude and I can rely on his quote to be competitive and for the shop to use authentic parts. They stand behind their work and will give you a ride locally if your car is at the shop for the day. Who can beat that! more

Done exactly right and on time 3/28/2015

I had a blown valve stem on my RV. It took three tow operators to get off the outside dual tire ... That is how tight the lugs were. Evans replaced all seven oversized tires with new valve stems and rotated and balanced them and managed to keep the right tire sensors in the right locations. Ahhhhh. Peace of mind knowing all is well! This was only twice the charge by Camping World just to check the air pressure during a 2013 visit!! Fair pricing, friendly service by Evans!! more
