I recently purchased an FX35 at European Motors and I have to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. Sam, my salesman, was a breath of fresh air. No pressure and didn't try to hard sell me on the car the first day I came to check it out. He was very thorough, informative on the car, and gave me fair value for my trade by matching a previous offer. Naz, the finance manager, also got me a better interest rate than my credit union which made everything even sweeter. I loved doing business with them and definitely will recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you Sam and Naz! more

They sold a car to me with an incorrect carfax. When I tried to tade it in and it was discovered they refused to make any kind of restitution. The owner refused to meet with me. Stay away from this dealership its not worth the risk!!! Dr. G more

Been looking around for a while came across a car that had all the options I wanted called spoke with Sam on the phone when I got there the car was up front clean ready to go (previous dealer told me to get car out of his lot and dirty) so right away I felt good. After a test drive we wrapped up deal in about 30 minutes I had financing with my own bank Sam persuaded me to let his financing team take a look and I ended up saving over 2 percent from what my credit union was giving me. Bought an extended warranty they had To offer never was I pressured at anytime the presentation is genuine and I will recommend my friends and family to them thanks Sam and European motors . more

Very bad experience. They don't know how to treat their customers. They sell cars mostly with lemon title..Beware!!!..Stay away from this dealership. more

Bought a 2006 Mercedes-Benz from them and they did not tell me that it had frame and uni body damage. When i asked if it has even had any body work or has ever been in an accident they said not! So i suggest for anyone who decides to buy a car from them ask for the AUTO CHECK!!! Car fax will not show you any frame uni body damage in it. Not all accidents are reported on it. I Will NEVER recommend European motors to any one. they will not return phone calls or even give you good customer service after buying a car from them. VERY disappointed in Sam and the lies he will tell you and the service you receive! If you are wanting to buy a car from them BEWARE!! Ask for the full closure of the vehicle!! more

Very disappointed. Maybe it was my attire, my wife and I were dressed in workout clothing. We were interested in an Audi S5. Salesmen(Hoyt) wouldn't give us the time of day. We currently own an A5 and were looking to upgrade. We asked to test drive the S5, we were told they didn't want to put the miles on the car. At 8,000 miles, a few more can't hurt. He said it was the cheapest S5 convertible in the country. It was not. Purchased the same car for less three days later from a Plano competitor.. Beware! more

I bought Lexus Hybrid from this mom-pop shop owned by an Irani Family a few days ago.The salesman that helped me was Mason and his manager Sam. The general manager there was girl named Naaz. I would have given them negative stars if there was an option. Here are the following points that I noticed during the whole experience: 1) I pointed out that there is small damage in the front bumper and Mason told me that he will get it repaired. They repaired it after 3-4 days of selling the car to me and the work done was so bad that the bumper came off from one side in a couple of days. When I called Mason about the repaired bumper came off he told me that he will check and call me back. He never called me and I called them 4-5 times, everytime Mason said that he will call me back and never called. 2) As many other people pointed out that they sell Lemon cars from California. In California you cannot sell pre-owned Lemon cars so they sell them in Texas. When I went to buy the car they told me that the car is from North Carolina. The general manager there named Naaz made me sign the whole documents with some wrong Vin# of the car from North Carolina( they gave me Car Fax and all for the wrong car) and after 4 days (once my check was cashed) Naaz called me and told me that I signed for the wrong car ( btw it was not me who prepared those documents) and then called me again to come and sign for the correct car. When I went there to sign then the same thing I was scared that the car they sold me was from California as their other cars are. That day I was left with no other option to sign for that car. This is how I was trapped by these Frauds. 3) When they showed me the car for test ride, it had trunk mat and floor mats. Later when I bought it and they gave me car keys it was dark already and when I reached home, I realized that floor mats and trunk mat were missing. I called Naaz about it, she gave me floor mats later after 3-4 days and told me that they could not find the trunk mat. These Lexus mats cost around $200 (cont) more
