European Import Specialists is by far the best BMW specialist in Atlanta. Now on my third BMW I wish I had known about this place years ago. I first came to EIS at the recommendation of a co-worker who, along with many members of her family and friends, utilizes the services of EIS. I find them to be very knowledgeable about BMWs from simplest parts to complicated diagnostics, all the while explaining it in a manner that is understandable and reassuring. From the owner, to the front desk to the mechanics that care for my car, I have found them all to be kind, honest, knowledgeable and very professional. In a stressful world filled with economic uncertainty, the one thing I am certain about is that I will never take my car any place else other than EIS. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone who actually seeks a service provider who cares for their car as much as they do.
