Review content:
Sold us a BROKEN stove for $215.50. We should have known better than to purchase this when the delivery time was 12 pm and they FINALLY arrived a 8pm. After discovering the stove was broken we argued back and forth with them for numerous days trying to get it fixed or replaced. They do not answer you calls or call you back when they say they are going to. Finally, I spoke with the owner, once again, I questioned him about all of his other negative reviews and his reply was ""well you can't please everyone"" This is the WRONG attitude to have when you work with the PUBLIC and expect they will buy product/services from you in order for you to stay in business!! With no resolution in sight I finally requested my money back. I now have a receipt for the refund but NO refund in my account... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
