Essex Square Apartments

Essex Square is a wonderful gated neighborhood with more amenities than you should get for the low rent costs! The pool is well-kept; the jacuzzi is maintained, the basketball/tennis courts are well-lit. I have never felt threatened in this quiet area of town. The maintenence here is also exemplary. If there is a problem, they are there to fix it, that day, within 5 minutes on most occasions. My only complaint would be the noise levels. I live on the second floor and can often hear my neighbors moving around downstairs. They can also hear every move I make as well, which makes it very difficult to be a polite upstairs neighbor, particularly when your downstairs neighbors have children who go to bed early. Lived here for 3 years and the footfall from above apartment drives me crazy. Also you hear everything from the neighbors as they enter or leave the apartments. Management does nothing to control the noise levels from above. Pros: Inexpensive, Well-maintained, Good amenities Cons: Noise from above, Noise, Noise more
