Review content:
Essex Square is a wonderful gated neighborhood with more amenities than you should get for the low rent costs! The pool is well-kept; the jacuzzi is maintained, the basketball/tennis courts are well-lit. I have never felt threatened in this quiet area of town. The maintenence here is also exemplary. If there is a problem, they are there to fix it, that day, within 5 minutes on most occasions. My only complaint would be the noise levels. I live on the second floor and can often hear my neighbors moving around downstairs. They can also hear every move I make as well, which makes it very difficult to be a polite upstairs neighbor, particularly when your downstairs neighbors have children who go to bed early.
Pros: quiet neighborhood, tons of amenities, maintenence
Cons: noise level INSIDE apartments
