Essence Of You Day Spa

I've never heard so many bad things about a spa... stuck up rude service, over priced for the quality of work done... owner gets out of line, Just lettin people know what's said about his place by many people and I know alot of people. more

This is the worst atmosphere to be in. I went in last week for a massage and the service was at best, mediocre. Not only that but the robe they gave me was extremely itchy and uncomfortable, the receptionists seemed to ignore me when I checked in and out and acted like they were more interested in making a sale than actually helping me. To top it all off when I was checking out I could hear yelling coming from the owner downstairs and when she came upstairs she degraded her staff members right in front of me! I was completely mortified and felt so bad for the poor girls. People like that owner have no good reason to be in buisness and its no wonder the service wasnt great, all of her workers seem to be terrified of her. Its truly pathetic. I received a gift certificate from the Essence for my birthday. I had never been to a spa before so I wasn?t sure what to expect. Turns out it was the best present I ever received! My wonderful husband treated me to a massage and a manicure and pedicure. It was such a thoughtful gift. I stay at home to take care of my 4 kids so it was so nice to be taken care of for a change! I don?t remember what the name of the pedicure was but it smelled so good! My feet felt great for days. And the place is really beautiful. If you?re going to do something for yourself, go to the Essence. It honestly is a wonderful experience. Pros: Great service. beautiful place more

Worst place ever. Not only did I have the worst service of my life, but I had to watch the boss lady yell at her employee right in front of me. I felt so bad for the poor girl, her eyes were welling up with tears, and the boss just kept going and going and going. I will never go into that spa again, I can't support someone who treats their employees that way. Hello, it's a freaking spa, it's supposed to be relaxing.
