This is the worst atmosphere to be in. I went in last week for a massage and the service was at best, mediocre. Not only that but the robe they gave me was extremely itchy and uncomfortable, the receptionists seemed to ignore me when I checked in and out and acted like they were more interested in making a sale than actually helping me. To top it all off when I was checking out I could hear yelling coming from the owner downstairs and when she came upstairs she degraded her staff members right in front of me! I was completely mortified and felt so bad for the poor girls. People like that owner have no good reason to be in buisness and its no wonder the service wasnt great, all of her workers seem to be terrified of her. Its truly pathetic.
