I recently purchased my 6th and 7th car from Escondido Auto Super Center.. I have done business with them for 3 plus years and will continue to do so..for one simple reason. They care about me. I have looked else where and with all that can go wrong with a used car, its just not worth the hassle. I currently live 75 miles form there new permanent location and would make the drive at 300 miles. They do business the way it should be done. They take care of the customer, they do right by the customer and they retain the customer. I recommend Escondido Auto Super Center to anyone that needs a good used car or truck. We purchased a 2006 Volvo SUV XC 90 from Jon on 2/2/13 and the transaction went perfectly. Jon was very helpful with the entire deal. When we noticed there was a minor defect with the sun roof, Jon agreed to have it repaired at his cost. We would highly recommend working with Jon. more

The very thought of shopping for a car gives me the angst, but my son needed a new used car so here we go. He came across and add on the internet for a car @ Escondido Auto Super Center he was interested in. We arrived at the dealership, and warmly greeted by a fine gentlemen named Cisco Sanchez - this young man is no typical used car salesmen. He was attentive, honest, and sincere, but most of all he wasn't pushy. We were in and out within a matter of 2 hours or so. The next day my son took back all the necessary docs and was able to drive away in his new ""used"" car. A huge THANK YOU to Cisco. You are one in a million my friend! more

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Escondido Auto Super Center. I dealt with Joe (in sales) the entire time. He was friendly, honest, professional, attentive and not pushy. He made my experience as pleasant as possible. I purchased an '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was in excellent used condition. Escondido Auto Super Center has A+ staff and high quality vehicles. Again, I would highly recommend coming here. To be honest, I was surprised to see the negative ratings from others. Then again, I'm not, as most people typically only take the time to complain, not compliment. I seldom write reviews, but because my experience at Escondido Auto Super Center was so stellar, I am compelled to share my experience....\r \r To begin with, I was looking for a used car for my 17 year old son to use to drive to school, so he & I went out looking together. After a couple days of searching, he had his heart set on buying a sharp-looking Pontiac G5 Coupe we found at the Escondido Auto Super Center. The car was competitively priced & the overall vehicle ratings high, so we agreed to purchase the car.\r \r After we bought the car, we found there were a few issues with the car that we had missed during the pre-purchase inspection, such as some condensation in one of the headlights and a dent in one of the wheels, so we called and reported the problem to Jon, the GM at the Escondido Auto Super Center. Jon agreed, without hesitation, to repair the issues. While they were working on the vehicle, they even called us and offered to replace the unaffected head light at dealer cost so it would match the new headlight they had used to replace the light with the condensation.\r \r The car was repaired and ready for pick up within 2 days. When we went in to pick up the car, the mechanics and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They had done an excellent job with the repairs - the car looked great and ran perfectly.\r \r From start to finish, I highly recommend the Escondido Auto Super Center:\r \r 1. The management & staff showed great integrity,\r \r 2. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service\r \r 3. They stood behind the vehicle we purchased 100% more

My experiance was also nothing short of AMAZING....They gave me top dollar for my trade in, I also felt so comfortable with Cisco and that he worked his hardest to not only get me the best car for my dollar but something safe and comfortable for me and my soon to be baby girl... :) I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Virjil but I will soon because I need my windows tinted (what up Virj??)
