I rent cars often, and always use Enterprise. Customer service from check in, pick up and drop off is efficient and courteous.\r I like having the option of what type of car I would like to choose from.\r The staff in MKE is great! As I said efficient, friendly and helpful.\r I asked for an upgrade and the car was in a different lot, but was ready in 5-10 minutes and I was on my way. \r Easy drop off as well, someone was right there and it was a quick transaction.\r Thank you MKE Enterprise~ more

Nightmare! 8/8/2011

This particular location is horrible! Real long story made short...went to get our car night of reservation and were told they were all out of cars. Another customer and car rental agency both said they do this all the time. We were sent to two other agencies before we had a car (1 hour later). Told to bring our receipt to Enterprise counter and they will reimburse us for the difference between our quoted price and price paid to other agency. Took receipt to Enterprise the same night. 1 month after rental date, still NO check. more
