I rent cars often, and always use Enterprise. Customer service from check in, pick up and drop off is efficient and courteous.\r
I like having the option of what type of car I would like to choose from.\r
The staff in MKE is great! As I said efficient, friendly and helpful.\r
I asked for an upgrade and the car was in a different lot, but was ready in 5-10 minutes and I was on my way. \r
Easy drop off as well, someone was right there and it was a quick transaction.\r
