Extremely pleased as usual. I was helped right away, baggage loaded onto the shuttle, was taken in my rental to the airport for my return trip so I didn't have to change vehicles. I couldn't have been happier. Enterprise has been my go-to for rental cars for many years and I would never change. However, I have never been treated better than in the Detroit Airport rental lot. The staff there are gems! more

I rented from the DTW airport location and the check in process was quick and effecient. The clerks were so cheery and polite I had no choice but to perk up myself. Upon my return of the vehicle I was late for my flight and forgot my coat in the back of the car. The folks there were so good to me. We turned around at the airport and the driver called back asking for someone to look for the coat, it was found and the clerk ran it out to the shuttle, ""RAN"" is actually what I saw. This nice girl running with my coat in hand. The driver grabbed the coat and we were off to the airport again. The whole delay was about 10 minutes and we made it to the gate on time. The driver even told me where to find my gate once I got through security and that it was really close. All in all they were the epitome of the phrase ""Customer Service"". Thanks to all of them for the help. more

I have had several occasions over the last 2 years from renting at this location. I am an Enterprise Plus member and am treated in the way Enterprise promises. Although I have seen a lot of members come and go, the one thing that is consistent is the service. A++++!! The staff never fails me. Prompt service, attention to my needs, always ready to give a helping hand. My last visit was one of the quickest, but always, always great service! From the pickup from the airport, to the actual rental procedure, to the staff at the gates, return of the vehicle, and promptly getting me to the airport on time (as I was running late). Thank you to the staff at Detroit Metro. You have a member for life!! more

I am an Enterprise Plus member and use them exclusively at other locations. This is the 2nd time i have rented from the Detroit location, but it will be the last. The person helping me with the car was not very friendly, but the worst part was when I returned the car. It took awhile and the rep noticed a golf ball sized dent on the roof. At no time have I ever checked a roof of the car and neither did the rep who helped me select the car. I had the car less than 48 hours and did not experience hail during that time. I am 99.9% sure the dent was already there when I picked-up the car, but the trunk was open pretty quickly when choosing it so there was no way I could find a dent even if I checked the roof. After dropping off the car, Enterprise filled out an incident report, took my insurance information, and made me pay my insurance deductible before even investigating (presuming guilt). They indicated that corporate policy is to replace the entire roof even for the smallest dents. It's completely ridiculous and embarrassing for something I didn't even do - very unsatisfying. more

The front office was very professional, but once I got to the lot, I as hassled for not opting to get the additional coverage. Got onto an argument with the staff on the phone while trying to simply extend my rental..and to top it off, I was over charged . When it comes to Enterprise..I'm Out ! more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the bomb! I love the fact that they come to wherever you are and pick you up to take you to their store. I love Enterprise! In addition, they have a car lot somewhere on Grand River Ave which is simply the greatest. They allow you to drive your newly purchased car for one week or 2000 miles, whichever comes first. If within that time you wish to return the car, you can.....with a FULL REFUND!! I highly recommend doing business with Enterprise. more

Best guest service! 7/13/2009

The staff was very professional yet warm an welcoming. They served hotdogs and water while we waited. They were very friendly and provided us with a safe and new car to use! Great hurt service from angela! more
